Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches
8 sandwich thins or 16 slices of sandwich bread
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
12 ounces smoked salmon (lox style)
Spread cream cheese on both slices of bread or sandwich thins.
Top bottom half of sandwich with smoked salmon and cover with the other slice of bread.
For tea sandwiches, cut into interesting shapes, in finger-sandwich sizes.
These tea sandwiches are quick and easy to prepare, and very tasty.
